How do I pay for my order?

Accepted Payment Methods:

We currently accept PayPal, Ca$hApp, Venmo, Zelle, or BTC only.

Credit card payments will be available soon. Alternative payment methods allow us to keep costs low and pass the savings directly to you.

Because we ship living plants, and many variables can impact their condition after delivery, we have a flexible policy in place.

If your plant arrives in unviable condition, reach out via chat or email and we’ll do our best to send a replacement or suitable substitute.

If a replacement is not possible, at our discretion, we will issue a refund.

We ship orders every Monday or Tuesday. This is influenced by many factors such as current weather conditions, clone availablilty, 

Once your order is finalized, you’ll receive a tracking number the following Monday.

All orders are dispatched by Tuesday at the latest.

We use USPS Priority Flat Rate (2-Day) service.

Most packages arrive in 3–4 business days.

Live plants are shipped in insulated, secure packaging.

Seeds are sent in protective bubble mailers.

If you need Next Day Air, we can ship via USPS Express for an additional $60.

We take every precaution to ensure healthy delivery, including:

While we can’t control delays by the carrier, our methods are designed to protect plants in transit.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Yes.

We offer fresh unrooted cuts from our verified mother stock when available.

Generally, 4 unrooted cuts are priced the same as 1 well-rooted clone.
