By accessing or purchasing from www.luckydogseedco.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase clones or seeds from our website. By placing an order, you certify that you are 21+ and acting in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Product Use & Legal Compliance
All products sold by Lucky Dog Seed Co are legally classified as hemp and are intended for propagation and breeding only. They are not intended for ingestion, inhalation, or any form of consumption. The buyer assumes all responsibility for compliance with local, state, and federal laws before purchasing or cultivating any plant material.
4. Payment Methods
We accept manual payment methods including Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and Bitcoin. Payment instructions will be displayed after checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and verified.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship clones and seeds via USPS or other carriers depending on the location. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we are not responsible for delays, damage in transit, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds & Replacements
All sales are final. However, we may offer replacements or store credit for clones that arrive in poor condition, at our sole discretion. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging.
7. No Resale or Distribution
Products are sold for personal use only. Resale or commercial distribution without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
All strain names, descriptions, and content on this site are the property of Lucky Dog Seed Co and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lucky Dog Seed Co shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profit, crop failure, legal penalties, or law enforcement actions.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Hemp Compliance Disclaimer
All clones and seeds sold by Lucky Dog Seed Co are intended strictly for agricultural and collectible purposes in accordance with the U.S. Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (Farm Bill). These products are legally classified as hemp and are intended for propagation or breeding only — not for cultivation that results in flower exceeding 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws before purchasing or growing any plant material. We make no guarantees regarding germination rates, cannabinoid profiles, or final crop compliance unless otherwise stated by verified third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
No product sold on this site is intended for ingestion, inhalation, or any form of consumption. Products are sold as collectible hemp genetics and are not to be used in violation of any applicable laws.
