At Lucky Dog Seed Co., we understand the importance of delivering your clones in the best condition. To ensure safe delivery, we ship clones on Mondays, Tuesdays, and, occasionally, Saturdays.  This ensures that clones shipped via USPS Priority (2-3 days) are not delayed over the weekend and stay in optimal condition.

Important Notes:

• Due to the live nature of clones and fluctuating demand, your selected shipping method does not guarantee immediate shipment.

•In times of high demand, orders may be delayed. For example, during peak times, we may experience a 2-week delay in fulfilling orders.

•We prioritize quality control: Rushing through orders can compromise the health of the clones. We carefully ensure each clone is healthy before shipping, so please be patient during busy periods.

We are committed to ensuring that you receive healthy, viable clones. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INCLUDED “RECEIVING YOUR HEMP CLONE” guide. If your clones arrive dead, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with required proof of damage. We’ll be happy to replace them at no extra charge.

Seeds

Seeds typically ship within 1-2 business days, and we process seed orders Monday through Friday. Unlike clones, we can ship seeds more frequently, and you can expect quicker shipping times.
