How do I pay for my order?
Accepted Payment Methods:
We currently accept Venmo, Zelle, Chime or BTC only.
Credit card payments will be available soon. Alternative payment methods allow us to keep costs low and pass the savings directly to you.
Do you issue refunds or replacements?
Clone guarantee
Every rooted clone is guaranteed to arrive alive.
Covered: dead or damaged on arrival, and any clone that does not make it through the first 48 hours after delivery when the care card was followed. A clone that is alive and looking good at 48 hours is established.
What I need from you: the time-stamped photo from the moment you unboxed her, and a message with photos inside the 48 hours. Both are on the care card in the box.
What you get: I replace your clone as fast as humanly possible. Replacements are at my discretion.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders every Monday or Tuesday. We do this to avoid your clone sitting in a facility on a Sunday. This is influenced by many factors such as current weather conditions, clone availablilty.
Once your order is finalized, you’ll receive a tracking number the following Monday or Tuesday.
All orders are dispatched by Tuesday at the latest. If you do not recieve shipping confirmation by Wednesday, your clone will go out the following week.
Seeds Get shipped any day of the week.
What shipping method do you use?
We use USPS Priority Flat Rate (2-Day) service.
Most packages arrive in 3–4 business days.
• Live plants are shipped in insulated, secure packaging.
• Seeds are sent in protective bubble mailers.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
If you need Next Day Air, we can ship via USPS Express for an additional $60.
Let us know when placing your order and we’ll confirm availability.
Will my plant survive the journey?
We take every precaution to ensure healthy delivery, including:
• Secure insulated packaging
• Careful scheduling (we only ship at the start of the week)
• Options for expedited shipping
While we can’t control delays by the carrier, our methods are designed to protect plants in transit.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Do you sell fresh unrooted cuts?
Yes.
We offer fresh unrooted cuts from our verified mother stock when available.
Generally, 4 unrooted cuts are priced the same as 1 well-rooted clone.
