Bubba Kush – Clone Only

Bubba Kush, Clone Only

A rooted cutting of Bubba Kush kept in the Lucky Dog room. Clone only. Full list on the clone page.

What It Looks Like

Short, stocky and unmistakably broad. Deep green leaves, tight internodes, and a frame that stays low, stretch is modest, roughly 1.2 to 1.5 times, which makes it one of the easier plants to keep under a low ceiling. Buds run golf-ball to cola-sized with thick calyces under heavy trichome coverage, and the color moves from forest green into plum as it finishes.

Aroma & Flavor

Roasted coffee first, not a hint of coffee, actual dark roast, then unsweetened cocoa, then a woody old-school hash note underneath that most modern hybrids simply do not have. On the palate it goes spiced earth and coffee bean and finishes thick and hashy, the kind of smoke that coats rather than cuts.

Effects

Unhurried. It does not arrive in a rush and it does not race, it settles, warm and body-forward, and it stays put. An evening plant, and it has never pretended otherwise.

Running It

Those dense colas are the one thing to watch. Give the canopy real airflow and do not crowd it late, and resin coverage carries well out onto the fan leaves.
